We cannot guarantee a refund; we CAN guarantee that we will explore every option available and do what we can if you happen to get an item you dislike. If your items are damaged in transit, please send an email through the contact form with photos of the damage and give us 24 business hours to respond.

We are a small, self-funded company. We work day jobs to financially back this dream of ours, and we cannot take losses on everything. However, if you are extremely dissatisfied with an item, please email your concern to us. We will see what we can do.

Orders generally ship in 3 business days at maximum, but we work to get them out the next business day. Shipping times may increase during the holiday season, in which case an updated note will show here. Once it ships, time in transit varies based on your distance from the state of Georgia.

An email with tracking information will be sent once your package has been dropped off at USPS. From there you will be able to track your order online. If you have placed an order, but have not yet received this email, your order is in processing.
